MRD Consulting’s Owner and Managing Member Matthew R. Daly brings over 25 years of experience as
a CPA, casino developer, airline investor, and small business advisor.
Matt started his career working for global auditing giant Arthur Andersen. He gained experience auditing companies in manufacturing, HMO’s, healthcare, software development, utilities, banking and others.
After just a few years working for Arthur Andersen and Co., Matt was hired as the CFO for WinAmax Corporation, a Minneapolis based Indian gaming management company.
Mr. Daly soon formed his own casino development company, Pacific Coast Gaming and spent the following 15 years financing, designing, and building over a dozen casino projects across the United States, including Washington, Missouri, Kansas, California, Arizona, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida.
Mr. Daly was also instrumental in rescuing Sun Country Airlines out of bankruptcy, raising millions in equity to recapitalize and restart the airline. Mr. Daly assisted in the eventual sale of the airline
at a substantial profit to the original investors. Matt and his team have raised hundreds of millions of dollars in financing for real estate development, business acquisition, and business start-up ventures.
Matt Daly lives with his wife Shari and their four children in Delano, MN. For 15 Years Matt was a Certified USA Hockey youth coach and enjoyed coaching travel and tournament teams all throughout the western United States and the Midwest in both roller and ice hockey.
